Our Story

Dimasi Coffee begins as a journey which spans both generations and continents.

Travelling over 14000kms from the farming community of Campoli Italy, Ines and Vincenzo began a new life in Perth Western Australia, bringing their Italian heritage of growing and producing good food for a good life.

Through mountains and valleys and over many seas, the finest beans travel from afar, roasted and blended with an artisan touch which is the Dimasi passion.

At the heart of Dimasi Coffee are the important things in life - family and happiness, whilst preserving the old Italian traditional values.

Today, that journey continues with the same values that inspired Ines and Vincenzo — a deep respect for quality, family, and the joy of sharing something made with care.

Every blend we offer is thoughtfully developed, guided by a commitment to flavour, balance, and the comforting warmth that coffee brings to everyday life.
