At Dimasi Coffee, our subscription service is designed to make your coffee routine seamless and enjoyable. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Options

We offer flexible delivery frequencies to suit your lifestyle:

• Weekly

• Every 2 Weeks

• Monthly

Subscriptions auto-renew based on your selected schedule until cancelled by you or Dimasi Coffee.

Billing & Renewal

Your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis according to your chosen delivery frequency. You will receive an order confirmation with each renewal.

To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal.

Pausing or Cancelling

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. If you need assistance, please contact us at subscriptions@dimasicoffee.com.

Shipping

Subscription orders are dispatched as soon as possible after payment is processed. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.
